Learning English in London for Kids
London is an exciting and safe destination for children to learn English, combining high-quality language instruction with fun activities, cultural exploration, and real-life practice in a native-speaking environment. In 2026, many British Council-accredited schools offer specialized junior programs (often called Young Learners, Juniors, or Summer Schools) tailored for kids and teens aged 5–17. These courses focus on building confidence in speaking, listening, reading, and writing through interactive lessons, games, songs, projects, and supervised excursions—perfect for making learning enjoyable. Junior programs are most popular in summer (June–August), but some schools offer year-round or short winter options. They suit beginners to advanced learners, with small classes (usually 10–20 students) and qualified teachers experienced in working with young people.
